Montecao

(Our signature cookie)

Montecao is a cookie that originates in Algeria. We have traced the recipe to Gisele's grandmother, who lived in French Algiers as a school teacher, in the late 1800's. It is a Gisele family heirloom, now in its' seventh generation.  It is powdery, slightly sugary, cinnamon topped (kind of like a shortbread).

Sub-total your order and enter that amount into the above space. Arizona residents add sales tax. Click on the Shipping Calculator, figure your shipping, and enter that amount.  Add those amounts for your total. Fill in your personal information and credit card info then press the Submit button. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours and your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
